It is a nice shot but I'm very sure thats Bok Choy not Sui Choy.
Sui Choy is a fair amount wider and fuller. Also Sui Choy has light green leaves more like regular cabbage or iceberg lettuce while bok choy's leaves are always dark green.
The picture made me hungry though :)
